NOTICE OF SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special General Meeting of memberswill be held at Tyrrellspass GAA on Fri 8th Dec at 7:30pm 2023 for the purposes of transacting the following business.
1. The Real Property owned by Tyrrellspass GAA , be vested in One Trustee, being the GAA Corporate Trustee. The Trust Company, Iontaobhas Corparáideach Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Cuideachta Faoi Theorainn Ráthaíochta (ICCLG) ("the GAA Corporate Trustee"), who will hold on trust, real property, owned by in accordance with the Code of Trustees.
2. The GAA Corporate Trustee be appointed sole Trustee for and on behalf of the Club in accordance with Clause 1.(b)(i)(c) of the Code of Trustees.
