A tour is a costly business and it takes quite some effort to get a touring group to Biarritz especially with a group this size.
And so it is that on a cold Friday night in Lansdowne chefs Damien Lee, David McKeown, Alan Reddan and their merry band of helpers put together the Pizza Express to serve piping hot pizzas to the cold and hungry supporters down at the club for the Division 1A clash between Lansdowne and UCD.
There was no shortage of helpers and the boys got stuck in delivering pizzas to the bar and to the pitchside. Even the IRFU Referees got fed before their long journey home.
Well done to everybody involved. Its cold, hard and tiring work but the reward will be fantastic.
