Ahane's canine superstar Bentekes Bocko runs on Saturday night in the Q Finals of the 2017 Con & Annie Kirby Memoril Stake at Limerick Greyhound Stadium .Two more good performances and he reaches the final on April 8 where the winning club receives a very handy €10k and the prize money goes right down to €1k for the last dog.
Speaking to Bockos Trainer this morning ,the man from Doon Pat Buckley was bullish about his charges chances .
"Listen he's come out of his last heat well and has received a nice draw for Saturday .I expect him to run a big race and twill take a good dog to bate him "
When asked by this correspondent what Bockos favourite pre race meal is
