A great day in Castle Avenue yesterday which saw our Under 16 squad take on a very strong Clontarf in the Leinster League Premier final.
An epic showdown which saw Lansdowne come on top after a fierce battle of wills. Full time score Clontarf 21 - Lansdowne 29. There were no finger nails left after the game for the watching parents and coaches and the vocal Lansdowne fans.
A hearty congratulations to the boys and a big thank you to our hosts Clontarf Rugby for providing the venue and for a great game of rugby. Also thanks to Leinster Coordinator Seamus McSamhradain for organising the competition, and to all referees and officials.
