Ballymackey u15 girls travelled to Holycross in the league and suffered a 1-0 loss. Great credit to the 11 Ballymackey girls who braved awful wintry conditions to wear the Ballymackey jersey. Balkymackey were against the wind in the first half but held their own only to concede right on half time. In the second half Ballymackey were on top and created a few good opportunities but it was just one of those days where the ball wouldn't go in.
