Great news
The club was delighted and thrilled to be informed by the Department of Sport, that with the Sports Capital Programme 2023 Grant Application, we have been successful.

We have been awarded €153,648 towards the building of Ladies Rooms and Toilets.

The process is not an easy one.
A significant amount of work goes into it.
We would firstly like to thank Felim McAllister, Brian McGrath and Alan Merriman for all their hard work in putting the successful application together. Brilliant lads. Well done.

We would like to thank the local schools who also supported this application.
These funds will be used to deliver much needed capital infrastructure.

We would like to especially thank Minister Darragh O'Brien who has been a huge support for us over the last number of years and a big believer in the power of sport and all our local politicians and TDs who continue to help us and do amazing work on behalf of the local community.
And finally we would like to thank the Department of Sport for their continued support in allowing us to realise a vision of what we want Ballymastone to become.
Which is a fitting home for all teams, boys and girls, men and women, all levels and all abilities and facilities that will be at the heart of the community on the peninsula for many years into future.
