The A.G.M. of Kilcock GAA Club will take place on Friday 29th November at 8.30pm. We would encourage all members to attend and have their say.
The following business shall be transacted at the Annual General Meeting:
(a) Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting
(b) Annual Report submitted by the Hon. Secretary
(c) Financial Statement submitted by the Hon. Treasurer.
(d) The Chairperson's Address
(e) Election of officers and members of the Executive Committee.
(f) Notice of Motions
Nominations for executive roles and motions for discussion should be submitted to the Club Secretary secretary.kilcock.kildare@gaa.ie no later than two days prior to the AGM.
In addition each section will have an AGM open to all to attend. the dates are listed below.
Section AGMs are:
Hurling - Wednesday 30th Oct at 9pm
Men's Football - Monday 4th Nov at 9pm
Bord na nOg - Monday 11th Nov at 8.30pm
Ladies Football - Thursday 14th Nov at 8.30pm
Camogie - Monday 18th Nov at 8.30pm
