Some very good information on the latest newsletter  of the GAA healthy clubs initiative.
As part of Wolfe Tones GAA Club’s commitment to promoting health and wellbeing, I’m delighted to share information about two exciting initiatives from the GAA’s Healthy Clubs Programme that will begin in January 2025: Ireland Lights Up and the Irish Life Every Step Counts Challenge.
The week of 6th January, Wolfe Tones will open and light up our walking tracks for six weeks, encouraging everyone in the community to stay active during the darker evenings.
• Irish Life Every Step Counts Challenge: Running alongside Ireland Lights Up, this initiative on the MyLife app gives participants a chance to stay active and compete for a share of €30,000 in funding for their club. Register for the MyLife app and join the fun!
