It is with great sadness that we extend our heartfelt condolences to the rooney family on the passing of PJ.
PJ was a great character and a very important part of our club in both past and recent times. He was not only a sponsor, a coach, club officer, chairperson, and, most recently, as our club president. He was very influential on how our club is today, and all his voluntary work was carried out with great passion and pride. We also remember that PJ was also very influential in setting up the Donegal supporters club in which is going strong to date. We today are struck with such sadness but will hold onto many fond memories of our time shared. Until we meet again 🙏
