Best of luck to all our Clane AC C25K graduates
who will be running their 1st official 5km with Clane AC tomorrow morning at parkrun Kilcock.

We hope that many of our Clane AC club members, both young and old will be able to join us tomorrow to either run with them or support from the sidelines.

(Tomorrow is “pacer day” also, so maybe a few of you could clock up a PB!)

There is a strict ‘no barcode, no time’ policy at parkrun
– so don’t forget your barcode!

Finally, wear your Clane AC gear so that resident photographer Dermot Kelly will be able to easily identify our club members for some great photo opportunities.
