The U8 Girls had a very special Camogie training session today with GAA legend Humphrey Kelleher, the former Dublin Hurling Manager. He spent the morning setting a personal challenge for each girl so gracefully and eloquently at the base of each individuals hurl.
The focus delivered to the session oozed competence and the kids rose eagerly to meet the demands placed on them. The gentle manner captured the attention of all team members. At the end, the kids set their own individual challenge which I am sure will be followed up on at some stage in the future - better get cracking!
