Over the next two weeks our brilliant GPO, Traolach, will run a series of workshops in conjunction with our Academy.
The theme will be simple, hands-on and with the emphasis on fun.

🔴REDS AND GREENS PLAY AND LEARN🟢
These will cover:
- An introduction to the Athletic Development Movements
- developing the skill development movements
- the importance of parental involvement & support in our kids journeys.
These will be fantastic opportunites to gain hands-on experience in a fun environment with Traolach and the other coaches and parents.
We would encourage all parents and coaches to avail.
