The Division 6 team went under to Kilbeggan in their first round encounter on a score-line of 3-10 to 1-08. However, on positive note Jack Murtagh and Darragh Smith made their adult football debuts for the club. We wish both young men a long and successfull career in the black and amber.
The Division 3 team travelled to Moate on Thursday evening. Unfortunately, the game did not go the way of the travelling team going down on a score-line of 2-16 to 0-11.
The Division 1 team restored their winning ways with a victory over Garrycastle on Saturday evening last at home in a very high scoring game. Final score 1-25 to 1-17.
