Dromintee 1-6 Silverbridge 2-15

Dromintee juniors suffered their first defeat of the season - and emphatically so against a slick Silverbridge outfit.
In front of a big home crowd (appreciated), Dromintee let in too soft early goals (less appreciated).
Silverbridge led by 13 points at the break with Dromintee's sole score coming from an Aidan Morgan free.
Dromintee, to their credit, were much improved after the break and actually won the second period by a point despite coughing up two glorious goal chances with Ruben O'Rourke making a number of good stops.
Aaron McArdle scrambled home the goal after a Maurice Fitz assist from Steven Dyas.
Congrats to Kurt Conlon on making his senior debut.
