We start with some good news that our First Ladies Minor Team have been confirmed as their League winners. Well done to Darren and all the players on this great achievement. We look forward to their Championship campaign now.
Our U10 Girls Camogie team had a great Saturday morning of matches against Ballinteer St John’s. Well done to both teams for all the great skills on show!
While the next wave of Gers Camogie players took their first steps on their journey as our U7 Girls had their first camogie session on Saturday. The start of an exciting journey!
Our U14 Girls had an another terrific performance against Ballymun Kickhams, beating them for the second weekend in a row. Well done to both teams on a brilliant game of football.
The St Brigid’s Boys Hurling Team came in second place yesterday at the Oatlands Hurling Blitz which was held earlier this week. The boys narrowly lost out to the Holly Park Boys team. The team is largely made up of Gers players.
Hard luck to our Adult Ladies who were beaten by a strong Trinity Gaels team on Wednesday evening. They travel to Boharnabreena next Wednesday for an another tough outing against St. Annes.
Our #AFL4 Footballers got some much needed points on the board with two wins in four days last week. They beat O’Tooles and Man O War respectively, well done to captain Richie and the lads!
Our #AFL10 team had a mixed week, they beat Ballinteer St. Johns on Thursday night before suffering defeat against Thomas Davis.
Best of luck to our Adult Hurlers this evening as they take on Thomas Davis in Kiltipper Road. Throw-in is set for 7:15pm, all support is welcome for the lads!
