Feedback from the workshop was that it was excellently ran and the girls AND coaches alike learned alot.
The session explored the following key areas:
• Hidden barriers to sport
• Team psychological safety
• Building menstrual cycle resilience
• Mutual support and collaboration rather than competition
• creating a positive atmosphere
These are very important and necessary areas to reflect and learn on and will maintain our pillars of Retention, Development and Participation and help our girls thrive together. Thanks to @move2b.ie 👌 Well done ladies section on organising such a valuable workshop. 👏
