Geraldines 3-12 St Fechins 2-10
A blistering start was the difference between two well matched teams in Termonfechin on a glorious evening. Goals from Noah & Maciek within the first 4 minutes gave our lads a great start. The Fechins replied with a point and a two pointer before Sodhan got our third major . Fechins replied with a goal of their own before points from Sean(2) Joe Noah & Cormac gave us a 3-5 to 1-4 halftime lead. The first half performance was excellent and credit has to go to Finn & Mal Madine who were outstanding.
The Fechins started the second half on the front foot and a quick fire 1-1 left a goal between the teams. However our lads never panicked and Joe Lynch scored five second half points to keep us ahead. Cormac and Maciek also added scores to leave the final score Gers 3-12 Fechins 2-10
