Under the welcoming shade of the clouds, our young footballers had an absolute blast. The conditions were perfect – warm enough to enjoy the game but without the intense heat, making for ideal football weather. We had a brilliant turnout, a testament to the enthusiasm of our young players and their families.
It was wonderful to see so many smiling faces, learning new skills and having great fun on the pitch. The energy was infectious!
A special shout-out to our U8 girls, who were training on the other side of the pitch. Their progress has been truly impressive, and it's fantastic to see their dedication and skill developing each week.
The future of Wicklow Rovers AFC is certainly bright! Well done to all the coaches, parents, and most importantly, our amazing young players!
