U-15 Football County Final
Congratulations to our under 15 footballers who were victorious by just a solitary point over Newcastle by 6-4 to 4-9 in a pulsating county U-15 B final in Solohead on Friday evening.
Junior Camogie
Well done to our Junior camogie side and management who defeated Holycross by 1-13 to 1-8 in the county junior B final recently.
Congratulations
Congratulations to former Silvermines hurler, Colin O'Brien from Capparoe who was part of the New York hurling team who defeated Cavan by 4-17 to 2-17 in the Lory Meagher Cup final in Croke Park on Saturday last.
Congratulations also to Silvermines referee, Conor Doyle who refereed the Nicky Rackard Cup final on Saturday, also in Croke Park. Conor was the man in the middle as Roscommon mounted a remarkable fightback to oust a determined Mayo side.

Golf Classic
Silvermines GAA are hosting a Golf Classic on Friday 18th July in Nenagh Golf Club as part of a fundraising effort to assist in the ongoing development and running of the club. Entry for a team of four will be 140 euro. All support will be greatly appreciated. Please contact Maeve DeLoughry for further details.

Our Lotto jackpot is now €5,100. Tickets can be bought from committee members or in a number of outlets in Nenagh where the Lotto jackpot is displayed. Lotto tickets can also be bought and renewed online.
Tipp Success
Silvermines GAA would like to congratulate the Tipperary U-20 hurlers and management who defeated Kilkenny to win the All -Ireland U-20 title in Nowlan Park on Saturday last.
