Junior Hurling Championship
we play Ballina in Castlebar on Sunday 15/6/25 in the first round of the Connacht Gold Mayo Junior Hurling championship . thrown in is at 1pm
u16 Hurling:
Training on Wednesdays at 7pm
U14 Hurling:
5.30 to 6.30 on Tuesdays and Sunday Mornings at 10am
U12 Hurling:
Training Thursdays at 7pm and Sundays at 10am
U6 & U8 & U10 Hurling:
Training on Mondays at 5.30pm and Fridays at 7pm.
Quid Games:
Our 2 representatives in the Quid games are Ronan Treacy and Abbi Abassi: you can support them by donating online at clubspot-events.com click find your club and then click Castlebar Mitchels and click contestants and our boys will appear.
To help with the fundraising we will be running at Table Quiz and we will be having a long puck competition so all those out there young and old who think they have what it takes to puck a ball they length of the Josie Munnelly pitch time to start practicing.
Hurling on the Green:
Dates for 2025: Monday 30/6/2025 to Friday 25/7/2025. Monday Tuesdays Thursdays and Fridays 10 am to 1pm on the Mall
Registration will open on Monday 16/6/2025
Pitches;
We compliment all those who are currently maintaining and cutting the pitches especially Sean Heneghan and John Murray, one Hurling sage was heard to say its better hurling surface than Semple Stadium .
