Match Report: U14 Gaelic Football
Armagh Harps 2-05 (11) v Dromintee 1-11 (14)
Venue: Abbey Park

Dromintee edged out a determined Armagh Harps side on Tuesday evening in a thrilling U14 contest that saw both teams battle to the very last whistle. In what was a closely fought match from start to finish, Dromintee emerged 1-11 to 2-05 winners, thanks in no small part to a standout performance from their captain for the night, Miceál O’Hanlon.

Special mention must go to the U12 players who stepped up to support the squad on the night. Luke McBennett and Fionnán O’Rourke in particular made vital contributions – showing maturity beyond their years. McBennett was calm and composed in possession, while O’Rourke's energy and determination gave the team a real boost at crucial stages.

Both teams deserve immense credit for the standard of football on display, with skill and heart evident throughout. Armagh Harps pushed Dromintee all the way and can take pride in a spirited performance, but it was the visitors who had just enough on the night to claim the victory.
