Clarecastle under 9s hero of the week on account of his bravery is Bobby Nevin. Bobby got injured in a hurling training match on Monday putting his body on the line bravely blocking a shot at goal. For his bravery, Bobby fractured a finger.
It was all smiles on Wednesday evening at training though as Bobby showed all his teammates his war wounds. It is expected Bobby will be sidelined for 2 or 3 weeks. The coaches and little Magpies are looking forward to having Bobby back on the paddock. Here's a picture of Bobby with his teammates proud showing off his injury. What a brave little Magpie 👏 👏
