GAA Club Fundraiser

Premier Intermediate North Championship

Silvermines face Moneygall in the first Premier Intermediate Hurling championship play-off at 6.30pm in Toomevara on Saturday. We would like to wish the team and management all the very best in this year’s North PIHC championship.

Club Fundraiser

Silvermines GAA Club in conjunction with Silvermines Camogie, Handball and LGFA are in the process of organising ‘Silvermines Goes to the Movies’ a joint fundraiser in aid of the club development and the completion of the sports hall in Dolla. This promises to be a fantastic event and will culminate in a ‘Movie Night’ on Saturday 8th of November in the Abbey Court Hotel.

As part of the fundraising efforts for our new sports hall eight brave men and women on behalf of the Juvenile Club are going to undertake a skydive on September 6th next. Diarmuid Brennan, William Keogh, Damien Boland, Declan O’Meara, Orrie Quirke, Sarah Kennedy, David Shanahan and Marie Thérése Ryan are going to undertake a skydive to help the club reach its target.

We are calling on everyone in the community to get behind this amazing effort and donate what you can to a Go Fund Me page set up to fundraise for the event.

All support will be greatly appreciated and people can donate online at https://gofund.me/f8397bde
