The Seniors opened their campaign last evening at Clare GAA HQ against 2023 champions Clonlara. In what was a very tight affair Clonlara lead by 4 points at half time with Michael Collins raising their green flag. The Bridge took the lead in the second half following a Brian Corry goal but a late Clonlara free 4 minutes into injury time ensured Clonlara took full points form this game.
Crusheen is up next for the Bridge in 2 weeks time on Sunday 10th August in Gurteen.
Wishing Seadna, Cathal and Barry a speedy recovery following injuries picked up last night.
Well done to Luke O'Halloran on making his Senior Hurling debut for the club.
