Tralee Magic is looking for new coaches for our underage and senior teams – boys and girls. - men and women!
As we grow, so does the need for passionate, reliable people to help guide and support our players on the court. You don’t need to have coaching experience to get started – just a willingness to learn and a love for the game (and the kids who play it!).
To support you on your journey, the club will:
Provide guidance and support
Cover the cost of the Basketball Ireland Intro to Coaching online course
Provide all the resources you need to succeed and feel confident
Volunteering as a coach is incredibly rewarding. You’ll develop new skills, build strong connections within the community, and most importantly – make a real difference in the lives of young athletes.
And for parents – having a child see you step up, get involved, and lead by example is powerful. Children with a parent involved in their team tend to feel more supported, stay engaged longer, and develop a stronger bond with both the sport and their club.
