CLG Domhnach Mór Cill Dhéagláin are delighted to announce that Katie Carragher has been appointed as our club Games Development Officer.

Starting on September 1st, Katie will be responsible for the development and delivery of the club’s coaching programmes across all four codes. The role will include underage coaching programmes, developing player pathway programmes, organising club camps and blitzes, liaising with the Meath County Board Coaching Officer and other club development initiatives.

A lifelong club member and having completed her BSc in Sports Science and Health at DCU, Katie is the perfect fit for the role. Her experience leading some of our Acorns teams, combined with her work with some of our juvenile teams means she is already a well known and respected member of our club.

On accepting the role Katie declared ‘I’m passionate about coaching, youth development and creating a positive, inclusive environment for all players to enjoy and grow in our game’.

We are all excited for Katie to begin her role as GDO and wish her all the success in the world. Fáílte romhat chuig an bhfoireann Katie!
