Robert O'Hanrahan from our men's hurling team, with 4 other teachers and 6 students from St. Joseph's Secondary School in Fairview visited Sables Nua school in Kabwe, Zambia, through the Irish charity 'Zamda'. The 2 schools have had strong links for many years with St. Joseph's last visit in 2018.

As part of their visit to the school, through fundraising, brought over €11,000 in donations along with over 300kgs of clothing donations, which was kindly helped by St. Brendan's GAA.
