24 hours of Prayer & Reflection for Gaza
Saturday 23rd/Sunday 24th August
The Blessed Sacrament will be exposed on the altar of both churches at the following times:
Saturday 23rd August -Sacred Heart Church, Jonesboro from 9am-9pm
Sunday 24th August - St Patrick’s Church, Dromintee (starting with Mass) from 11am–11pm
The last hour in each church will end with Rosary and Benediction with Fr Seamus.
I want to encourage as many people as possible to come and pray for the people of Gaza who continue to be cruelly crushed by hunger, violence, death and destruction due to the fallout of war.
Please come and pray at a time that suits you - at this very difficult time for the people of Gaza. The power of prayer can stop wars if enough people embrace it.
Every single person’s effort is important and can make a difference.
