With the group stages very much in the rear view mirror, the Senior Hurling Championship moves up a notch this weekend with the start of the do-or-die knockout stages.

Longwood will be looking to build on their most recent performance when they square up to Dunderry on Sunday morning in the quarter-final of the Senior B Championship.

The teams met in the semi-final stages of last year's competition, with Longwood edging home in a tight contest.  It's fair to say that Dunderry have displayed better form in the this year's competition and are sure to approach the game in confident form.

But Longwood worked so hard to win last year's inaugural B Championship and they will not relinquish their crown without one hell of a fight.

The game takes place in Trim on Sunday morning, with throw-in scheduled for 11:00

So make sure to set your alarms and get out to support the boys!
