We strive to create a positive, safe & inspiring environment where everyone can grow, develop & most importantly have fun - built on a foundation of mutual respect.

Value Our Volunteers
Our coaches dedicate countless hours — planning, training, meeting, organising & fostering a love for the game. Many of them are fellow parents who are simply choosing to enrich the lives of all the children in our club, including yours.

We understand that passion runs high, and you may sometimes have thoughts on tactics or disagree with a specific decision made. However, please remember:

  • Coaches are volunteers. They give up their personal time freely.
  • Coaches are human. They will not get every decision right, every time.
  • Coaches have the right to switch off. After training and games, they deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

The 48-Hour Cool-Down Rule
To ensure that any feedback or opinion shared is constructive, respectful & delivered thoughtfully, we require all non-urgent communication to adhere to the following simple protocol:

  •                 Please observe a minimum 48-hour cooling-off period.
This simple rule ensures emotions don't dictate the conversation and allows everyone to approach topics calmly. If, after 48 hours, you still feel the need to communicate with the coach, please do so privately and respectfully. Please remember there are processes within the club for dealing with complaints & there are Children’s Officers in each section of the club whom you can also speak to and seek advice from.

For urgent matters, such as injuries or immediate safety concerns, please contact the coach immediately.

Zero Tolerance for Abuse
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward verbal, physical or other abuse directed at any member of our club. The Code of Behaviour & Conduct you agreed to on joining the club is non-negotiable. By working together & upholding respect as our core value, we ensure our club remains a great place for all.
