The Agenda for the AGM is set out 8.4 of the Club Constitution will be distributed after closing date for acceptance of motions and nominations.

2. Minutes of previous AGM
3. Consideration of Secretary's Report
4. Consideration of Financial Statements with Report from Reporting Accountant
5. Chairman's Address
6. Election of Offices and Members of the Executive
7. Notices of Motion
8. Any other Business

Copy of the Financial statements and Accountants report shall be available in the Clubhouse Bar for inspection Friday 21st November from 7-8pm and Monday 24th November from 7-8pm. Copies of which will be distributed to members at the AGM.
All other reports and documents will be available to view on the night of the AGM and will be posted online after.
