Players from our Oranmore Maree GAA One Club paid a very enjoyable visit to Gaelscoil De Híde and to Scoil Íosa, bringing with them, cups recently won by Minor Boys, Minor Ladies and by U19 & U20 adult teams.
The players received a very warm welcome from the children in both national schools. The past pupils also very much enjoyed visiting their former teachers.
A very special thanks to both school principals, Ms Siobhán Ní Bhéara and Ms Maeve Meeneghan for their warm welcome and to all the teachers and staff in both schools.
A visit of past pupils to Maree National School took place before Christmas.
