Well done to all our walkers who participated in the Irish Life Steps Challenge for 2026. With 40 walkers registered, the club was able to break the 9,000km Mark, a great achievement and well above the target to allow the club to be entered into a draw for prizes.

A great initiative to get people out and walking, see below for a list of all the walkers and their distances achieved, some obviously were regular walkers and others may have dipped in and out or signed up late, nevertheless all contributions are relevant and it is hoped that the regular activity will be continued by most. Getting out and about is a great way to keep healthy and maybe meet people along the way for a chat!

Well done again to Brian O'Neill our healthy club coordinator for organizing.

Well done to Tom Fleming who has retained his title as the clubs top walker for 2026 πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ’―πŸšΆπŸƒ
