Munster Junior 'B' Hurling Final
Hard luck to our Junior B hurlers and management who lost out by the narrowest of margins to Leinster champions, Tommy Larkins from Galway in what proved a hugely entertaining All-Ireland Junior B series semi-final in Killeedy on Saturday last. Silvermines trailed by 2-7 to 0-2 at the break but mounted a huge comeback to narrow the gap to just a solitary point at the finish, 2-9 to 2-10. The loss brings what has been a hugely successful 2025/26 campaign to an end and great credit is due to all players and management following a year which saw the 'Mines land both North and County titles at Junior 'B' level.
Junior 'B' Hurler of the Year
Congratulations to our Junior 'B' full-back and captain, Eddie Ryan who was presented with his Junior 'B' Hurler of the Year award at a function organised by the North Tipperary GAA Board in Puckane at the weekend. .
