7s Hurling Well done to St Finnachtas NS Hurling team who progressed to the Finals day of the Clare Schools 7 competition after they won their group yesterday in Clarecastle. On the day there were 7 teams competing and the Bridge defeated St. Aidans Shannon, St Conaires Shannon, Kilkishen NS before qualifying for the final against Clonmoney. Despite trailing at half time they put in a powerful second half and super sub Jack rattled the net late in the game to seal the win. Thanks to teachers Brian Minogue, Damien Hogan, Mr Heagney and Mr Lynch for their great work in preparing the team.
