A brilliant day at our blitz on Saturday πŸ‘

The sun came out for a spring day which made it a fantastic occasion, with some great football played throughout.

We were delighted to host Cuala, with over 60 parents making the trip and joining us back at Maree Community Centre afterwards to eat, mingle and enjoy the occasion together. It was great to showcase our new facilities at Renville, which were widely admired on the day.

A huge thank you to Paula Whyte, Carmel Stakem, Ina Rabbitt and Julia Loughlin for their work coordinating everything and setting up the centre. Thanks also to all the parents who prepared and brought food – we got it spot on, right down to the last sandwich.

Thanks to Maree Community Centre for opening the bar, which created a great atmosphere and a warm place for everyone to come together.

Most importantly, well done to the boys – four matches played with great effort and skill after six months away from football since October.
