Extraordinary General Meeting

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Extraordinary General Meeting of members will be held at Longwood GAA clubhouse on Wednesday April 8th @ 20:00 for the purposes of transacting the following business:

 

1.       The Real Property owned by Longwood GAA, be vested in One Trustee, being the GAA Corporate Trustee. The Trust Company, Iontaobhas Corparáideach Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Cuideachta Faoi Theorainn Ráthaíochta (ICCLG) ("the GAA Corporate Trustee"), who will hold on trust, real property, owned by and in accordance with the Code of Trustees.

 

2.       The GAA Corporate Trustee be appointed sole Trustee for and on behalf of the Club in accordance with Clause 1. (b) (i) 0(c) of the Code of Trustees.
