An Extraordinary General Meeting of members will be held at Longwood GAA clubhouse tomorrow evening, Wednesday April 8th @ 20:00 for the purposes of transacting the following business:
1. The Real Property owned by Longwood GAA, be vested in One Trustee, being the GAA Corporate Trustee. The Trust Company, Iontaobhas Corparáideach Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Cuideachta Faoi Theorainn Ráthaíochta (ICCLG) ("the GAA Corporate Trustee"), who will hold on trust, real property, owned by and in accordance with the Code of Trustees.
2. The GAA Corporate Trustee be appointed sole Trustee for and on behalf of the Club in accordance with Clause 1. (b) (i) 0(c) of the Code of Trustees.
BACKGROUND NOTE: The purpose of this Special Meeting is to agree to replacing the Existing Trustees with a sole Trustee being the GAA Corporate Trustees
