A mixture of minors and OAP’s got our junior men off to winning start in Division 5.
In a tight first half it was the accuracy of kangaroo Arrowsmith that kept us in touch. HT Mattock 0-8 Gers 0-5
A fast start to the second half saw two Sean McKenna points and a Cian Farrell finish bring us level. A flurry of goals followed that sees us match our number of wins in last years Div 5 campaign. Well done to everyone involved and in particular to Conor, Eoghan, Maciek, Owen , Thomas, Jack, Conall and Aaron on their adult debuts. Scorers on the night were
