U15A Team
Having been a semi finalist in the U13 Championship in 2024 and a Finalist in the U14 Championship in 2025 the aim was to keep this group progressing. The boys opened their Campaign with a game away to Newmarket. With only a couple of points separating these teams on each occasion they met supporters were expecting another close encounter here and were not disappointed with an exciting game played out. While the Bridge lead by 6 points at half time the aid of the Breeze saw the Blues coming roaring back into the game and take the lead as we headed down the home straight. However the Bridge boys showed great resilience and finished very strong to win by a point 2-12 to 1-15.
In round 2 we were at home to Corofin/Ruan and recorded a win on a score of 7-10 3-08.
Round 3 saw a repeat of last years U14 Final as we travelled to Ballyea. At half time the hosts lead by a point and the tit for tat scoring continued in the second half only for Ballyea to finish with a flourish and win out on a score of 0-20 to 0-16.
The Championship takes a break now until Wednesday 13th May when we have a home game against Kilmaley. This coming Tuesday at 6:30 we are at home to St Josephs Doora Barefield in the Clare Feile 1/4 Final.

U15 Academy A
In what can only be described as the windiest game ever witnessed the Bridge were in Gurteen the weekend of the storm to face hosts St Josephs Doora Barefield.
Many firsts were seen this day including a goalkeeper seeing the ball he threw up for a puckout being blown back in behind him such was the strength of the wind ..
While the score was 2-05 to 0-05 in favour of the home side  it did not reflect the battle that took place by our boys and there is great hope for this team in the coming rounds.
Next up is an away trip to Ballyea on Sunday May 3rd.

U15 Academy C
Clarecastle Astro was the venue for the Meeting of Kilrush Shamrocks and the Bridge in the U15C Academy Championship - A historic occasion with Flan O'Reilly commenting that in all his days refereeing he had never came across such a pairing so a photo of this occasion had to be captured.
Our boys put in a powerful performance to win out by 5-10 to 2-09
Next up is an away trip to Wolfe Tones on Sunday May 3rd.
