NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special General Meeting of Clarecastle GAA will be held in the Clubhouse on Tuesday 26th May 2026 at 7.30pm for the purpose of transacting the following business.

- To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following motion regarding the Trustees of the Club.
Motion:
That the members consider the decision of the Executive Committee to appoint a Corporate Trustee for the Club.
The hybrid model was identified as the most suitable structure, consisting of three personal (local) Trustees together with the Corporate Trustee. Accordingly, the Executive Committee now seeks the review and approval of the members at this Special General Meeting for the appointment of the Corporate Trustee.
