You will have heard of FTD Brothers who are running 32 marathons in Ireland over 32 days. They are running their Wicklow Marathon next saturday 23rd of May.
Their words "Time is the most important commodity of your life" - What matters is how you spend it! So let's spend next Saturday supporting this great message and these two young lads who are getting out there and making a difference.
They are starting at Black Castle at 10:00 am. Our teenagers and adults are aiming to run the last 8km with them. We will meet at the Graveyard in Rathnew at 1:00 ish, (the time will be flexible depending on them). If you wish to make it a 10 km run, you can park at the Murrough Car park and run out to Rathnew. The run goes from there out the Port Road, down the Murrough, over the footbridge, out the Marlton road, up to Ballynerrin down Convent road and finishes at the Quays at 2:00 pm.
For younger athletes who may not be able to run 8km, there is the option of meeting us at the top of the Marlton road and doing the last 3km or at the Wicklow Montessori School and running the last 1km down to the finish.

These will both run for the first week of primary school holidays from 9.30am until 2pm at our home ground at Druids Glen, Kilcoole
