Congratulations to all our clubs young hurlers who represented Scoil Gharbháin in the Cumann na mBunscoil Western Final last Wednesday. The boys played a huge part in the school’s victory over Lismore, with our own Ryan Dunford captaining the side.
This was Scoil Gharbháin’s first ever victory in the competition — a fantastic achievement for everyone involved.
We are very lucky to have Muinteoir Jeaic and Muinteoir Lorcán giving their time in the school to help develop young players and foster such a love of the game. Their work makes a real difference and into the future.
