The joint blitz proved to be a huge success with both the Mothers and Others, and Dad’s and Lad’s having a great time. The day was filled with fun and laughter from start to finish.
There were approximately 140 players between us. 5 D&L’s teams and 6 M&O’s teams. They were Longwood, Bective, Simonstown, Summerhill, Na Fianna, Trim, Timahoe, and Strafford.
It was a busy day with 4 matches being played all at the same time, but worth every minute of it. And great funds raised for the club.
We will definitely do it again later in the year!
