We regret to announce the death of long serving club member and supporter, Mr Jeremiah (Jerh) Galvin of Park Road. Jerh was a former Senior goalkeeper with Dr Crokes and along with his brothers Murt, Mick and John played with the club in the late 1940's and early 1950's. The club extends deep sympathy to the immediate and extended Galvin family.

Funeral arrangements as follows,

Reposing at O'Shea's Funeral Home, Cathedral Place, Killarney on Wednesday evening 9th May 2018 from 4.30 pm to 6.30 pm. Removal at 6.30 pm on Wednesday evening to The Church Of The Resurrection, Park Road, Killarney. Requiem Mass on Thursday morning at 10.30am, burial afterwards in Aghadoe Lawn Cemetery. Family flowers only by request, donations if desired to the Patient Comfort Fund, St Columbanus Home.

The Dr Crokes Club will be performing a Guard of Honour on both days and as many members as possible are asked to attend wearing club colours.

May he rest in peace.
