Dear parents,

Thank you for registering for the Oranmore-Maree GAA One Club Kellogg’s Hurling & Camogie Cul Camp.

Once again, we must reiterate a Zero Tolerance against Cul Camp Places being exchanged, bought or sold between parents as the child will not be on the Galway GAA Cul Camp Register, will not be insured, will be refused entry to the camp and this will lead to confusion and disappointment on the morning of the Cul Camp.

If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the camp you may claim a refund on the Cul Camp Website as per the strict terms and conditions therein - https://www.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie/refunds - Please note the cut off period in the Cul Camp Website T&Cs.

The week 13th to 17th July is forecast to be quite hot so please ensure your child(ren) has the correct clothing, sun protection, and extra water necessary for the conditions. Addition short breaks will be taken during the camp when necessary.

Please note, it is inappropriate to request or expect coaches to apply sun cream to the children during the camp.

Notwithstanding information already included in your registration on the Cul Camp Website, please ensure that the Camp Supervisors at Registration Stations are made aware again of any medical condition / allergy that their child may or any changes in their child’s medical condition from what is recorded in the initial health questionnaire completed by the parent/guardian.

Parents, please speak to your child about not sharing any foods or drinks with other children during the camp and breaktimes.

We would also appreciate it if children did not need to visit the coffee truck in Oranmore Community Centre for their lunch or snacks as this would mean leaving the pitch and dressing room area.

Finally, please note that there are major roadworks and diversions planned around Maree starting on Monday the 13th of July, lasting for five days. Please allow extra time in your journey to/from Maree Community Centre.
