Our U13 Academy Teams have now played 3 games each in their championships. There has been some great progress within these groups and notably a lot of game time has been availed of by our up and coming U11 hurlers along with our U12 and U13 boys.
The U13 A Academy team have now 2 wins under their belt, having lost their openng game against Newmarket they bounced back with wins against Clooney Quin and Kilmaley. Some great indiviudual perfromances have been seen as boys have settled into this grade. These games provide an excellent opportunity for all players to continue developing their skills and gaining valuable match experience. Their next game is this weekend against Ballyea.

The U13 Academy C team had a very positive start to their campaign against Newmarket and despite going toe to toe with Blues for 60 minutes, the Newmarket boys finsihed stronger and took the spoils on the night. Next up was Kilmaley and again despite a very good performace they were narrowly beaten again on the night. The third outing was against Kilkee Bealaha last week and this time the Bridge came out on top wityh a convincing win. The next game for this group will be against Doora Barefield on Sunday in Gurteen.
