U12 CHAMPIONSHIP
After a short summer break, our u12s kicked off the group A autumn championship against Naas on Friday evening.
The first half was an even affair with both teams trading points early on.
A goal each just before the break saw Naas go in at halftime a point ahead, 1-7 to 1-6.
Naas got a couple of points early in the second half, but the Ardclough lads rallied and went for goals, running out winners on the day by 3 points.
The standard of hurling on display by both teams was exceptional. The future looks bright for Kildare hurling.
