Simonstown Gaels GFC is deeply saddened to learn of the sudden and tragic passing of Conor Ahern on Monday.
Conor came up through our underage ranks before rejoining the club recently at adult level, lining out with our Men's 2nd and 3rd teams. Just last week, he was part of the team that helped secure a win away to Summerhill.
Conor will be sorely missed by his teammates and friends throughout the Club.
Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with the Ahern family at this incredibly difficult time. To his mother Anne, father Daniel , brother David, nephews Bobby and Theo , we are thinking of you at this incredibly difficult time.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
