🎖️Dermot Earley Youth Leadership Initiative - Croke Park Regognition Day - 19th September What an amazing day for our DEYLI participants - the first in the clubs history - to attend Croke Park for their recognition day👏👏👏 All of our participants were presented with their Module 1 & 2 certificates by Dermot's grandchildren - including our own Senan, Eimear and Aedin.
17 clubs in attendance , and guest panels, musicians and a beautiful speech by our own Anne Marie Earley - we are so lucky we have her in Ardclough 🖤❤️💛
Our participants were joined on stage by their amazing facilitators Brendan Smartt, Fiona Buggy , Jacinta Moran and Anne Marie. Thank you so much for giving up your Friday evenings to deliver this programme 👏👏
We are SO proud of them all ! And our participants who completed Module 3 will be heading to Galway for their conferring ceremony 🎓in November - we are so excited !

💊 Teen Drug Awareness Talk with Celbridge Community Policing
Along with Celbridge Community Policing we are hosting a Teen Drug Awareness talk for 30 mins in the club on Monday 5th October
Aimed at 3rd year to 6th year students. Please register below just so we have an idea of numbers

A quieter week as we reach the end of some of our competitions !
Our U12 hurlers played away to Broadford on Friday night with our U16 hurling shield semi-final moved to October 1st. On Sunday it was an early start for Our St Edwards U14 parents travelling to St Kevins and Rathangan with a win for our C team and a loss for the G team.
Hard luck to our intermediate camogie team who came up against a strong Celbridge side on Sunday in round 3.
Our U10 hurlers travelled to Carlow - A brilliant effort at what was a very high-standard blitz in Naomh Eoin, featuring some of the best U10 teams from Kilkenny, Waterford, Carlow and Dublin.
Monday saw the U16 St Edwards G team playing Rathangan in Rathcoffey and our U14 camogs played a strong Maynooth side at home , both with losses on the night.
And Wednesday our U16 camogie team played Celbridge in a great game just losing 2-7 to 4-7. And our U12s headed to neighbours Straffan for a super game.
